Hi! I’m Amit, the founder of Physio Fitness Coach

  • As a devoted Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with extensive experience in both the NHS and private sector, I am passionate about helping you reclaim your strength and mobility on your rehabilitation journey.

    With me, you can guarantee that you will be heard during your assessment, get a full understanding of your symptoms, and together, get on the road to recovery. I will use my expert knowledge to provide you with your diagnosis, map out how long your recovery is likely to take, provide you with effective pain relief, tailored exercises to treat your condition and restore your function to the best version of yourself!

    I believe that every individual deserves not just treatment, but also reassurance and support. Rehabilitation and pain can be a difficult journey, and I hope to provide my helping hand. My approach is centred around empowering you, with the knowledge and tools you need to take charge of your recovery, reduce pain and get you back to your normal activities, and this is regardless of where you are on your journey.

  • Fitness wasn’t always second nature to me. Growing up, I was never the strongest, and I often found myself on the receiving end of laughs when I first stepped into the gym. It didn’t come naturally, but I refused to let that stop me. Over time, I learned to love training—not because I was gifted at it, but because I put in the work, stayed consistent, and transformed both my body and mindset.

    In my mid-20s, I was like many others—going to the gym without a clear plan, lifting weights without understanding the importance of nutrition. I thought I was putting in the effort, but in reality, I was spinning my wheels. It wasn’t until I truly educated myself on training and diet that things changed. I committed to a structured plan, learned how to properly fuel my body, and over time, I dropped 20kg. To mark the journey, I pushed myself to new heights and completed a fitness photoshoot— a really nice way to cap off my weight loss journey and appreciate how far I had come.

    I knew I wanted to help others avoid the mistakes I made, so I took it a step further. I completed my level 2 and level 3 personal training qualifications, ensuring I had the proper knowledge and certified qualifications to guide people towards their own transformations.
